The Learning Edge Inc. is a Canadian based learning and development firm. The Learning Edge's training programs are presented to organizations who wish to have a solution customized to meet their specific needs. Our firm offers a broad range of business solutions through an extensive network of professionals quailed in their related work field. They have the expertise and experience that offers our clients the best possible learning and development solutions.

Denise McIntyre is the founder and President of The Learning Edge. Denise started this business in 1994, and for more than 22 years has worked extensively with clients in Canada and the United States. The Learning Edge’s model is brokering training and consulting services through a network of professionals. Denise also facilitates training and coaching sessions. With almost 30 years experience in the training and consulting industry, Denise and her team are positioned to address a broad range of business solutions.

In addition to her formal education, Denise continues to enhance her business and facilitation skills through new certification programs. Denise’s priority is to always be at the edge of innovative solutions available in the marketplace.

Being an entrepreneur is a great fit for Denise in that she can partner with a diverse client group on a long term basis to really understand their needs and recommend timely interventions. Denise’s 8 year term as Manager, Business Training and Consulting with Business Development Bank of Canada gave her a great springboard to launch her own business with confidence.

Denise is passionate about making a positive difference for individuals and organizations. She is committed to being a reliable partner to assist managers, staff and the organization realize its potential.

Designed with your busy schedule in mind, this online course gives you the flexibility of self-paced learning, paired with live-collaborative sessions led by Wiley’s expert trainers.

Increase your confidence and competence in delivering Everything DiSC Workplace in your organization. This course offers rigorous new content on the principles of the DiSC® model and the supporting research. During the live sessions, you will practice facilitating small groups and explore challenging scenarios that could arise during workshops. Everything DiSC® Certification

In Person

With a primary purpose to increase confidence and competence in delivering Everything DiSC Workplace®, this course offers rigorous new content on the principles of the DiSC® model and supporting research. Learners will gain the expertise and credentials needed to deliver Everything DiSC Workplace within their organization by completing online pre-work and two days of practical application led by Wiley's expert trainers.

In this course, learners will:

  • Gain expertise in the Everything DiSC model and supporting research
  • Demonstrate the ability to use the Everything DiSC Workplace reports
  • Customize the Everything DiSC Workplace program to meet specific participant needs
