Thin Book Publishing Co. was founded in 1997 to create tools that deliver specifics to help you be a better colleague and leader. The early success of The Thin Book of® Appreciative Inquiry, with sales now in excess of 200,000 copies, inspired us to dedicate ourselves to creating practical 'thin books' as a way to help leaders and employees understand how organizations work. Thin Book Publishing currently has five books in print and seven e-books.

We believe that the suite of Everything DiSC and Five Behavior products will greatly enhance the appreciation of style diversity organizations need to be successful. Our deep organizational development expertise is available to you as you consider which product might help you create a better workplace.

Thin Book Publishing was founded by Sue Annis Hammond. Our Solutions

  • Everything DiSC® Productive Conflict

Despite the fact that destructive conflict costs an estimated $359 BILLION a year, only 40% of employees receive any kind of conflict training. And much of that is not easy to apply. You can change that. No one should have to spend another hour dreading work because of destructive conflict.
The new Everything DiSC® Productive Conflict profile helps you identify how you think, then behave in conflict. It isn’t about resolving conflict; instead it’s focused on helping you stop destructive (and often unconscious) thoughts that trigger the negative behaviors. You will identify and choose productive responses to practice.

  • Everything DiSC® 363 For Leaders

With a lot of 360s, the leader’s response can be, “Now what?” This profile answers that question by giving you a focused report with 3 clear strategies that you can concentrate on now— tactics to improve your effectiveness that can be put into action immediately.
We provide 2 hour debriefs that will help you personalize those to any situation you face. You will also have 6 months of unlimited follow-up email access to your coach so any questions can be answered to continue to support your development program.
Or just purchase the profile. Besides the 360 feedback, this profile has a unique selectable comments feature that raters can choose from to give focused, balanced, constructive feedback—which you can actually use.

  • Everything DiSC® Workplace

Want to be a better leader or colleague? High self-awareness is correlated with great leadership. Solving the puzzle of why colleagues behave the way they do is the outcome of this profile. You will know what to do to work better with others. See page 16 in the report for fast and specific tips. People will notice!

  • Everything DiSC® Work of Leaders

One of the most unique profiles, dedicated to increasing your self-awareness of your strengths on specific leadership tasks. Using the Creating a Vision, Building Alignment and Executing, this profile takes the mystery out of the very different leadership tasks. You will gain specific suggestions on how to do and model each task.
