TRAINING SOLUTIONS, Inc. (TSI) was founded in 1995 by C. Michael Ferraro. After 20+ years in management training positions, Ferraro decided to start his own training company. In 1999, Sharon (his wife) joined him as a full-time partner. Training Solutions is committed to provide only high-quality products, programs, and services to a wide variety of organizations. TSI has continued their Diamond Award status for many years from Wiley and also from the previous publisher, Inscape Publishing. TSI can facilitate virtual and classroom training as well as provide e-learning programs and online assessments. Training Solutions offer many programs that have a facilitator kit available for those who would like to conduct the training internally. The Ferraros take time with clients to make sure they are knowledgeable and comfortable if they are to do the facilitation themselves. If you need customization in virtual/classroom presentations, this can also be done. Their businesses are labors of love, so you can trust them to do and give their best. When Training Solutions was formed in September 1995, Michael believed it was important to be connected in his local chambers. He began a series of volunteer and leadership positions among a variety of local business chambers, nonprofits and other community organizations. Michael was chairman of the board of a local chamber and both he and Sharon have sat on many boards/committees throughout the region. Currently and for many years, Michael has facilitated the opening retreat for Leadership Fairfax. Both Sharon and Michael are graduates of LFI.
