Transpective Diagnostic Tools has been providing clients with researched, statistically validated assessments for 17 years. Our tools are known for helping people better understand the behaviors, priorities, and preferences that shape people's actions. People in large corporations, small family run businesses, churches, educational institutions, and government have benefited from our many years of working with the DiSC® model of behavior.

We believe that providing actionable information to your employees will allow them to become the "best" version of them and make a better workplace for all. We work with clients to identify areas of the business that could be improved, and then selecting the appropriate assessment to bring a "scientific" perspective using our diagnostic tools.

Bob Elliott, owner, and principal has been leading engaging and transformative DiSC® workshops since 1990 when he first studied the simple model and how effective it was in helping people understand their style in ways that allowed them to increase their emotional intelligence. Bob's hands-on work running a business with P&L experience has allowed him to have a deep understanding of management and people dynamics before he began consulting in 1997.

Transpective gives people access to having a new perspective, or point of view, which allows for a more agile way of thinking and doing. Our association with Wiley for nearly 20 years has given us access to the best tools in the business.

    Why is group culture important?

    Just as individuals have unique styles, groups also tend to develop their own style or cultures. This culture is an informal combination of behaviors, values, and attitudes that most people in the group take for granted. Not everybody agrees with or flows with the culture, most group members feel the pressure that a exerts to act in a certain way. DiSC® does not address all elements of our culture, but it helps you understand many important priorities, needs, goals, emotions, and behaviors within your culture.

Everything DiSC Workplace Certification is your best resource to gain foundational knowledge and tools for facilitating Everything DiSC. Designed with your busy schedule in mind, this online course gives you the flexibility of self-paced learning, paired with live-collaborative sessions led by Wiley’s expert trainers.

Increase your confidence and competence in delivering Everything DiSC Workplace in your organization. This course offers rigorous new content on the principles of the DiSC® model and the supporting research. During the live sessions, you will practice facilitating small groups and explore challenging scenarios that could arise during workshops. You’ll also learn how to keep Everything DiSC alive within your organization by creating a culture of DiSC and explore MyEverythingDiSC, the mobile-friendly, interactive learning portal that is exclusive to Everything DiSC.

This program Includes:

  • Four modules of self-directed and live collaborative learning (each requiring three to five hours of time per week), conducted over a four week period

Everything DiSC Workplace® Certification

In Person

With a primary purpose to increase confidence and competence in delivering Everything DiSC Workplace®, this course offers rigorous new content on the principles of the DiSC® model and supporting research. Learners will gain the expertise and credentials needed to deliver Everything DiSC Workplace within their organization by completing online pre-work and two days of practical application led by Wiley’s expert trainers. All courses are held at our Education Center in Minneapolis, MN.

In this course, learners will:

  • Gain expertise in the Everything DiSC model and supporting research
  • Demonstrate the ability to use the Everything DiSC Workplace reports
  • Customize the Everything DiSC Workplace program to meet specific participant needs
  • Navigate challenging scenarios that could arise during a workshop or coaching session
  • Create strategies to promote a DiSC-based culture
  • Explore MyEverythingDiSC®, a mobile-friendly, interactive learning portal that is exclusive to the Everything DiSC product suite

Upon successful completion of the course, learners will receive the credential of Certified Everything DiSC Workplace Facilitator.
