TurnKey was founded on the belief that efficient, high-quality, low cost coaching and training solutions are needed and that quality oversight, centralized coordination, meaningful feedback, and quantifiable results is imperative. We believe that today more than ever.

Since 2004, we have been building our team for the very purpose of providing single-source leadership and development solutions for large scale programs.

The TurnKey Coaching & Development team includes 300+ executive coaches, expert corporate trainers and OD consultants currently under contract as well as an additional 2942 in our greater network of “on-call” experts.

The team has decades of senior level business leadership experience in addition to years of coaching and training experience, extensive training, and serious credentials. Many have:

  • Executive Coaching and Development

    Four Phase - 1:1 Coaching Program
    The following "best-practice" approach includes in-person and telephone coaching, and four focused phases:
    Phases 1 and 2 launch with an Everything DiSC 360° assessment and are focused upon feedback, awareness and developing an openness for change, over a period of approximately six months.
    Phases 3 and 4 focus upon new habit formation, practicing effective leadership competencies and sustainable change. Towards the end of the program, a second and final Everything DiSC 360° is conducted to review progress, celebrate victories, and identify next steps for continued development.

  • Leadership Development Training

    Depending upon the Leadership or Team Development model selected, programs focus upon 5 to 10 Modules, delivered over one to four full-day, active-learning workshops. However, we can also customize a program to deliver the leadership curriculum in bite-sized solutions such as half-day or 90-minute lunch and learns, when necessary.Our active-learning methodology engages training participants. Participants interact, discuss, review, reflect, defend and even refute the training material as a means of becoming intimately involved with the material. This active training style employs proven techniques designed to address various adult learning modalities that deepen the training outcomes and help participants retain more of the learning objectives. Examples: Strengths-Based Leadership, The Work of Leaders™, The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team™, Everything DiSC Workplace, Everything DiSC Management, and The Leadership Circle Profile™ to uniquely designed Leader as Coach training.

  • ABC's of Supervising Others

    This workshop is for people who would benefit from greater effectiveness or who are new to a supervisory role. Additionally, this workshop is for those who are team leads or part-time supervisors without a great deal of authority.
    This two-day course is designed to help participants overcome many of the supervisory problems that they will encounter as a workplace leader. Dealing with the problems that a supervisor encounters isn’t easy, but it doesn’t have to lead to discouragement.

Online

Everything DiSC Workplace Certification is your best resource to gain foundational knowledge and tools for facilitating Everything DiSC. Designed with your busy schedule in mind, this online course gives you the flexibility of self-paced learning, paired with live-collaborative sessions led by Wiley’s expert trainers.

Increase your confidence and competence in delivering Everything DiSC Workplace in your organization. This course offers rigorous new content on the principles of the DiSC® model and the supporting research. During the live sessions, you will practice facilitating small groups and explore challenging scenarios that could arise during workshops. You’ll also learn how to keep Everything DiSC alive within your organization by creating a culture of DiSC and explore MyEverythingDiSC, the mobile-friendly, interactive learning portal that is exclusive to Everything DiSC.

This program Includes:

  • Four modules of self-directed and live collaborative learning (each requiring three to five hours of time per week), conducted over a four week period
  • Active knowledge checks to help participants assess how well they understand the content and to improve learning and retention
  • Final Certification exam (self-directed/graded activity)

Everything DiSC® Certification

In Person

With a primary purpose to increase confidence and competence in delivering Everything DiSC Workplace®, this course offers rigorous new content on the principles of the DiSC® model and supporting research. Learners will gain the expertise and credentials needed to deliver Everything DiSC Workplace within their organization by completing online pre-work and two days of practical application led by Wiley's expert trainers.

In this course, learners will:

  • Gain expertise in the Everything DiSC model and supporting research
  • Demonstrate the ability to use the Everything DiSC Workplace reports
  • Customize the Everything DiSC Workplace program to meet specific participant needs
  • Navigate challenging scenarios that could arise during a workshop or coaching session
  • Create strategies to promote a DiSC-based culture
  • Explore MyEverythingDiSC®, a mobile-friendly, interactive learning portal that is exclusive to the Everything DiSC product suite

Upon successful completion of the course, learners will receive the credential of Certified Everything DiSC Workplace facilitator.
