Everything DiSC® Management is initially used in ongoing leadership development programs to help leaders develop stronger, more productive interaction skills with their direct reports. Team members are then invited to participate in Everything DiSC® Workplace to reinforce the cornerstone principles being modeled by the leaders. Finally, leaders and team members are given the option to attend Everything DiSC® Productive Conflict together. With positive experiences generated in the first two workshops, conflict sessions fill quickly. A sense of trust and safety prevails while everyone expands their self-awareness and recognition of behaviors that lead to either constructive or destructive conflict. The three-prong approach with Management, Workplace, and Productive Conflict helps leaders establish a culture of respect and appreciation for all. Behavior styles are embraced for building more effective relationships and improving the quality of workplace interactions.
