Tommy Re is the founder of Vital Talent. He is a Certified Professional in Training Management (CPTM) and has spent over 25 years in training and development. He is passionate about helping clients improve their leadership effectiveness, sales performance and public speaking ability. A former Broadway actor trained in the Meisner Technique, he holds a Master's Degree in Corporate Communication from Seton Hall University. Tommy has been helping clients improve their communication effectiveness with DiSC for nearly 20 years. He is also an accredited Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team facilitator. He has had the privilege of working with professionals at leading companies such as Amgen, GSK, Merck, Marriott, Biogen, BMW, Endo Pharmaceuticals, Worldwide Clinical Trials, Total Facilities Solutions and many more.
