About Us

Consultant, Mediator, Mentor

Lisa works with individuals and groups. She designs and guides retreats, meetings, and workshops where people connect and build relationships. She mentors clarity and insight through listening, reflection, and dialogue and mediates peace.

Lisa holds an M.A. in Organizational Management and a B.A. in American Studies. She has earned certificates in emotional intelligence, mediation, mentoring, high-performance teamwork, conflict management, empowerment, coaching, and quality.

Lisa's focus, to invite and support people to discover, affirm and engage their best. Strengthen communication, trust, and teamwork. Realize vision, mission, and desired outcomes with greater effectiveness, satisfaction, and well-being for customers, staff, suppliers, team, organizations, and communities.

Assessments
Each assessment includes an option for a 45-minute feedback session for individuals with a mentoring option for additional sessions. Assessment-based workshops for work groups and teams are available and recommended for accountability, continual learning, growth, and development.

Workshops
Build skills that strengthen communication, trust, and teamwork, defuse conflict and increase effectiveness through learning and development.


Retreats
Strengthen relationships and group work, through listening, reflection, and dialogue. Design, focus, and support group work for successful outcomes.

Individual and Small Group Mentoring
Follow through with development plans from assessments, workshops, and retreats. Receive and respond to feedback and implement insights, actions, outcomes, and best practices.

Online

Everything DiSC Workplace Certification is your best resource to gain foundational knowledge and tools for facilitating Everything DiSC. Designed with your busy schedule in mind, this online course gives you the flexibility of self-paced learning, paired with live-collaborative sessions led by Wiley’s expert trainers.

Increase your confidence and competence in delivering Everything DiSC Workplace in your organization. This course offers rigorous new content on the principles of the DiSC® model and the supporting research. During the live sessions, you will practice facilitating small groups and explore challenging scenarios that could arise during workshops. You’ll also learn how to keep Everything DiSC alive within your organization by creating a culture of DiSC and explore MyEverythingDiSC, the mobile-friendly, interactive learning portal that is exclusive to Everything DiSC.

This program Includes:

  • Four modules of self-directed and live collaborative learning (each requiring three to five hours of time per week), conducted over a four week period
  • Active knowledge checks to help participants assess how well they understand the content and to improve learning and retention
  • Final Certification exam (self-directed/graded activity)
