    Clients can easily customize the dynamic content of Everything DiSC Workplace® to help teams learn new ways to build more effective relationships to improve the overall quality of the workplace. This assessment tool measures an individual’s personality within a 4-point spectrum wheel and our course identifies the different ways in which team members send and receive information based on their own DiSC styles.

    Using the Everything DiSC Workplace® Profile assessment, we review different the behavioral and communication styles that exist within your team and develop ways to improve communication by flexing to the different styles. This course strengthens team effectiveness through an awareness of both the personal needs and professional preferences of the members of the team. We also explore ways to manage conflict more effectively and develop an environment for open and honest discussions that uses healthy conflict as a source for creativity and innovation.

    Clients can easily customize the dynamic content of Everything DiSC Workplace® to help everyone—at every level, in any role—learn new ways to build more effective relationships and improve the overall quality of the workplace. This tool measures an individual’s personality within a 4-point spectrum wheel. It allows employees in any role to learn new ways to establish more effective communication techniques and improve the overall quality of the workplace. It can be used to measure an individual, a leader or a team. It assesses four personality factors – Dominance, Influence, Steadiness, and Conscientiousness – and promotes self-awareness.

    Gallagher works with many organizations to help them create customized leadership development programs – from licensing our prepared material “off-the-shelf,” to fully customized modules, to facilitating a train-the-trainer session. Depending on your needs we can create and facilitate a program that best suits your organization’s needs.

Online

Everything DiSC Workplace Certification is your best resource to gain foundational knowledge and tools for facilitating Everything DiSC. Designed with your busy schedule in mind, this online course gives you the flexibility of self-paced learning, paired with live-collaborative sessions led by Wiley’s expert trainers.

Increase your confidence and competence in delivering Everything DiSC Workplace in your organization. This course offers rigorous new content on the principles of the DiSC® model and the supporting research. During the live sessions, you will practice facilitating small groups and explore challenging scenarios that could arise during workshops. You’ll also learn how to keep Everything DiSC alive within your organization by creating a culture of DiSC and explore MyEverythingDiSC, the mobile-friendly, interactive learning portal that is exclusive to Everything DiSC.

This program Includes:

  • Four modules of self-directed and live collaborative learning (each requiring three to five hours of time per week), conducted over a four week period
  • Active knowledge checks to help participants assess how well they understand the content and to improve learning and retention
  • Final Certification exam (self-directed/graded activity)

Everything DiSC® Certification

In Person

The in-person, Everything DiSC Workplace® Certification begins with online, self-directed learning and culminates in two days of practical application facilitated by Wiley's expert trainers. With Everything DiSC Workplace® Certification, participants will:

  • Gain expertise in the Everything DiSC® model and supporting research
  • Discover how to apply the Everything DiSC Workplace reports to daily interactions
  • Customize the Everything DiSC Workplace program to meet specific participant needs
  • Navigate challenging scenarios that could arise during a workshop or coaching session
  • Create strategies to promote a DiSC®-based culture
  • Explore MyEverythingDiSC® and discover how to utilize it as an ongoing development tool
This course is held at the Education Center in Minneapolis, MN or in London, England.
