Tracy Mullin, Sr. Consultant and President

Tracy Mullin, MHROD, Sr. Consultant & President, is a results-oriented business leader with over 30 years of professional experience in Human Resources, Training and Organizational Development with over 20 years of leadership experience and demonstrated success in diverse business environments. She has worked in both union and non-union food manufacturing facilities, customer service and call center organizations, transportation and warehousing environments, consumer finance and banking facilities, and retail operations.

Tracy has successfully managed the development and implementation of improvement projects within a variety of organizational structures... centralized, matrix, decentralized and virtual. In each of these environments, she has demonstrated a consistent track record facilitating measurable improvement on business results.

She has designed, developed and implemented comprehensive blended learning and management certification programs to support over 5,000 management positions nationally located at over 400 sites.

Tracy has taught and coached managers and leaders how to retain, develop and motivate employees for over 20 years. Her business experience prior to owning her own company was at General Mills as a Human Resource Manager, a Human Resource Director of a medium-size local manufacturing and sales organization, a Director of Retail Management Development for Best Buy Co., Inc. and AVP, Training and Organizational Development for ITT Consumer Finance.
Tracy has a Master degree in Human Resources and Organizational Development (MHROD) and a Bachelor degree (BA) in Business. She is a certified "Master Trainer" and an Authorized Partner with each of her affiliates.

She is committed to making a difference in the lives of the employees she touches and organizations they serve.

Everything DiSC Management® Certification

Online

Everything DiSC Management Certification is an online-blended learning course that empowers learning and development facilitators to inspire cultures of great managers and get the most out of the Everything DiSC Management solution. This four-week course is accessible anytime from a home or office computer and offers the flexibility of self-paced learning paired with live, virtual classroom sessions led by Wiley’s expert trainers.

With Everything DiSC Management Certification, participants will:

  • Become an expert in Everything DiSC® and Management key concepts
  • Gain confidence and competence in facilitating the Everything DiSC Management program, going beyond the Facilitation Kit to spark behavioral change among manager participants
  • Learn how to customize and apply the Management program to meet the needs of the modern-day manager, team, or organization
  • Navigate challenging scenarios that could arise during a workshop or coaching session
  • Consider strategies to promote a DiSC-based management culture

Upon successful completion, participants will receive the credential of Certified Everything DiSC Management Facilitator.

Program Components

  • Four weeks of self-directed online work (approximately 2-3 hours of online coursework to be completed per week)
  • Active participation in three live 90-minute virtual sessions (instructor-led)
  • Active knowledge checks to help understanding and improve learning and retention
  • Project team presentation and final certification exam (self-directed/graded activity)

Everything DiSC Workplace Certification is your best resource to gain foundational knowledge and tools for facilitating Everything DiSC. Designed with your busy schedule in mind, this online course gives you the flexibility of self-paced learning, paired with live-collaborative sessions led by Wiley’s expert trainers.

Increase your confidence and competence in delivering Everything DiSC Workplace in your organization. This course offers rigorous new content on the principles of the DiSC® model and the supporting research. During the live sessions, you will practice facilitating small groups and explore challenging scenarios that could arise during workshops. You’ll also learn how to keep Everything DiSC alive within your organization by creating a culture of DiSC and explore MyEverythingDiSC, the mobile-friendly, interactive learning portal that is exclusive to Everything DiSC.

The in-person, Everything DiSC Workplace® Certification begins with online, self-directed learning and culminates in two days of practical application facilitated by Wiley's expert trainers. With Everything DiSC Workplace® Certification, participants will:

  • Gain expertise in the Everything DiSC® model and supporting research
  • Discover how to apply the Everything DiSC Workplace reports to daily interactions
  • Customize the Everything DiSC Workplace program to meet specific participant needs
