    Improving Management Styles offers a customizable development solution proven to increase the effectiveness of anyone in a management role--whether managing direct reports or fostering a positive working relationship with one's own supervisor.

    The complete program, including classroom training, and online pre-work and follow-up, highlights five key areas:

    1) Understanding DiSC® styles
    2) Directing and delegating
    3) Creating a motivating environment
    4) Developing others who possess different styles
    5) Identifying strategies for working more effectively with managers

    Participants will learn how their specific management style influences their time management, decision-making, and problem-solving skills, and discover methods for adapting to the styles of others to bring out the best in each and every employee under their charge.

With one unified model of leadership—Vision, Alignment, and Execution—Everything DiSC® WOL helps leaders understand their own leadership styles and how their tendencies may influence their effectiveness in specific leadership situations.
