Specific services are targeted toward professional speaking, soft-skills training, one on one coaching, and outsourced sales management. For over 35 years, Mike has been an exceptional sales and business leader with proven experience in leader and performance coaching, business coaching and development, keynote speaking, sales coaching and management, and soft skills training and workshop facilitation, while building strong and lasting relationships with clients, associates, and partners. He is a Certified John Maxwell Coach, an Everything DiSC Authorized Partner, a Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team Authorized Partner, and holds sales and coaching certifications through The John Maxwell Team, Selling From The Inside Out, Sandler Management and Sales Solutions, Action Coach Business Coaching, and Elite Business Coaching. Mike has written and published two books thus far, 60 Second Time Out and 60 Second Leadership. Sales have exceeded 50,000 copies and he's been published in 4 countries. Mike and his wife Amy have been married for over 33 years - committed to an exciting relationship centered in their faith and what Amy calls CPR (compromise, pursuit, and respect). Mike and Amy have three children and two grandchildren and plan nearly everything around their family.
