Julia has been in numerous corporate management roles as a Consultant, Business Director and Senior Major Accounts Manager, having owned a $20M client portfolio at Robert Half International's Corporate Headquarters. Julia is known for building strong, profitable client relationships and exceeding service level agreements. She also led process re-engineering and change management teams for multi-million dollar IT consulting projects for Accenture and ADP/Audatex over several years. Julia's corporate health and wellness background was an excellent fit for her role as an Area Manager for 24 Hour Fitness, wherein she facilitated train-the-trainer sessions to hundreds of employees, consistently recruiting over 125% of targets, and managing over 150 direct reports. In her spare time, Julia loves traveling internationally and adventuring in the great outdoors in Colorado and beyond - hiking, kayaking, horse back riding, cycling and competing in triathlon events.
