She mentors clarity and insight through listening, reflection, and dialogue and mediates peace. Lisa holds an M.A. in Organizational Management and a B.A. in American Studies. She has earned certificates in emotional intelligence, mediation, mentoring, high-performance teamwork, conflict management, empowerment, coaching, and quality.
