Hi, I'm Amanda Boardwine. I am the President of Steward Development Group--a consulting business with the vision of guiding leaders toward self awareness, both of themselves and their team. Leaders who know their strengths and weaknesses automatically add value to an organization and are better equipped to build a team around them than one who is not self-aware. The self-aware leader better understands what tasks he or she handles most effectively and which ones the leader should delegate to team members.
