Your Communication Matters Inc. designs, develops and delivers training and development seminars focused on enhancing communication and leadership skills as well as facilitating strategic planning and consultation sessions. Our goal is to equip you, your team and your organization to get things done faster, easier and with less stress through effective communication. Debbie Matters founded Your Communication Matters Inc. in September 2008. In March 2011, Debbie's first book was released: If I Ran this Place.... Communication for Results. In March 2012, her story My Role Matured as I Did was published in Chicken Soup for the Soul: Family Caregiver. She recently completed research with St. Francis Xavier University in Antigonish, Nova Scotia, focused on how to foster transformative learning in workplace seminars. Debbie enjoys an active lifestyle having completed numerous marathons including the Boston Marathon in 2008 and triathlons including Ironman Canada in 2005. She is always pleased to explore approaches and techniques to guide others in enhancing their personal and professional lives.
