The Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Strategic Endeavor, Dr. Shelton Rhodes, has over 40 years of combined experience as a Retired Army Major, business owner, college professor, and university administrator. Dr. Rhodes established Strategic Endeavor to continue his mission to deliver excellence and total customer satisfaction in Government, industry, and academia. Adding a Wiley Partnership to client offerings allows Dr, Rhodes to leverage his decades of experience leading and managing complex organizations as a military officer, Executive leadership in academia, teaching leadership and management to university students, and as a private businessman.
Founded in 2013, Strategic Endeavor LLC is an emerging 8(A) and Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) that specializes in providing management consulting, technology solutions, and administrative services to the Government and industry. Our high-quality services help organizations improve their mission and business effectiveness. We offer exceptional solutions in key areas:
IT Security, Program and Project Management, Education & Training; and Business Transformation. Strategic Endeavor’s consultants work in partnership with its customers to deliver solutions that are tailored to the uniqueness of each organization, thereby leading to the most effective results.
Dr. Rhodes holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from The Virginia Military Institute, a Master of Public Administration from Howard University's School of Business, and a Ph.D. from Old Dominion University’s School of Business in Urban Services Management. He also completed a post-doctorate fellowship from the University of Washington in Strategic Management.
