Learners receive their Work of Leaders results through their personalized, narrative-style PDF report. This report provides participants with detailed feedback based on the Vision, Alignment, and Execution framework alongside three drivers associated with each step. Learners will:
- Craft a Vision through exploration, boldness, and testing assumptions
- Build Alignment through clarity, dialog, and inspiration
- Champion Execution through momentum, structure, and feedback

Inspire effective collaboration with Comparison Reports. Any two participants can explore their similarities and differences, potential challenges in working together, and practical tips for improving their working relationship.
Everything DiSC Work of
Leaders Learning Modules
Led by an Everything DiSC expert, Work of Leaders comes to life in a virtual or in-person facilitation experience. Each learning module inspires rich conversation and “aha!” moments that make the learning real (and fun!).
Module 1: Introduction to the Work of Leaders
Explores how DiSC styles inform the role of leaders and introduces the eight priorities of the Everything DiSC Leadership Map.
Module 2: Vision
Examines the defining elements of a vision, its associated behaviors—exploration, boldness, and testing assumptions—and challenges learners to discover the advantages and disadvantages of their tendencies in this area.
Module 3: Alignment
Examines the defining elements of alignment, its associated behaviors—clarity, dialogue, and inspiration—and challenges learners to discover the advantages and disadvantages of their tendencies in this area.
Module 4: Execution
Examines the defining elements of execution, its associated behaviors—momentum, structure, and feedback—and challenges learners to discover the advantages and disadvantages of their tendencies in this area.
Module 5: Action Planning
Role-playing interviews engage learners to identify their strengths and challenges in each area of the Work of Leaders model. Participants select one key challenge area and craft a complete action plan for improvement.
