    Too frequently we view conflict as an unavoidable often uncomfortable part of life. Rarely do we view conflict as a positive or productive thing.

    Rather than focusing on a step-by-step process for how to respond to conflict, the Everything DiSC® Productive Conflict Program instead goes below the surface and helps participants develop a self-awareness around conflict in order to develop personalized techniques to minimize destructive behaviors. In this way, conflict is actually minimized and can actually become more productive.
