Ryan has been coaching leaders for several years and holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with Honours, and is also an Everything DiSC certified trainer. He has extensive experience as a workshop facilitator and public speaker. Whether it be coaching or workshops, his enthusiasm for investing in people quickly becomes evident to those who work with him. Our Senior Consultant, Principal, and Founder, Matthew Savino, has over twenty years of progressive Business and Human Resources experience as a Director and Vice-President of Human Resources in a number of Canadian and International companies. Matthew holds degrees in Economics (B.A.) and Law (LL.B.) as well as certificates in Dispute Resolution & Mediation, and is a certified Leadership Development Trainer.
