Kathleen Taylor - Gadsby (President) I am passionate about helping leaders grow their skills and impact through one-on-one coaching, leadership training and speaking and workshops. I particularly love working with emerging leaders who are discovering their strengths, skills and abilities while continuously aspiring for more. In my corporate career I worked in the restaurant industry, in both Operations and Human Resources. I particularly liked the roles I had where I was creating opportunities for people. I have been honored to serve as a speaker and facilitator for organizations such as South by Southwest, the Institute of Management Accountants National Conference, Texas Health Management Association, Dallas Business Navigators, Texas Diversity Council, and the National Restaurant Show. I graduated from Westmont College in Santa Barbara, CA and completed the Coaches Training Institute Leadership Program in 2016 and the Carlson School of Management's Executive Leadership Program in 2005.
