Activate Your Influence LLC was founded on one principle; to inspire leaders and organizations to give their circle of influence the best version of themselves. In 2018, our founder Rodney sold his business Amish Family Food Distributors and during that process he realized that nothing trumps influence. We all have it but many don't fully realize the potential of our impact. Our influence (and one's ability to understand and respond to it) is a direct reflection of our productivity, growth, and impact. Having been involved in various industries, leading and working with teams for many years, our passion for people and developing leaders has become our obsession. Organizational health is at the top of the list when it comes to the priorities of great organizations. Healthy people make healthy organizations. We believe healthy people take a balanced approach when it comes to work, home, relationships, hobbies and faith. We also believe that we're often asking the wrong questions when it comes to figuring these things out.
