Dr. Juanita Daly is passionate about organizational alignment, practical strategy, leadership development and enthusiastic execution. “I believe people want to contribute to their organization’s success. I like helping organizations get properly aligned so that when strategy is developed and executed it is a positive experience with successful results.” Juanita believes that leaders emerge during a strategy project and confidence increases as they learn new skills and take calculated risks. Teams become cohesive as they work to support one another in pursuit of the business goals and success brings improved engagement. With over 25 years experience working with small businesses and non-profits Juanita has experienced the joys and challenges of strategy execution. She is a leader who loves to serve those she works with and encourages people to engage in personal development activities knowing it positively impacts their performance in and out of the office. Juanita has a BS in Industrial Engineering from Rutgers University, a MS in Business from Stevens Institute of Technology, and a Doctorate of Strategic Leadership from Regent University School of Business and Leadership. Juanita also has a Certificate in Leadership Coaching for Organizational Performance from Rutgers University and is a member of the International Coach Federation.
