The Potential Space was established by Jonathan Yeo after spending ten years at Apple in leadership development and inclusion. Our focus is on developing leaders, teams and individual contributors by building self-awareness, others-awareness, and the interpersonal skills that motivate, enable better collaboration, and drive personal and organizational success. The Potential Space employs the DiSC model as a flexible foundation to better understand self and others, and to help build skills in leadership and communication.
