With a Master’s degree in Psychology from India, a PHR (Professional in Human Resources) certification from the US, and working toward her CPHR (Chartered Professional in Human Resources) in Canada, Sonika blends global perspectives with local understanding. Her passion lies in guiding people to align their inner compass with external decisions. As a mom of two, she understands the importance of timing, balance, and meaningful work.
