Joy is passionate about developing leaders! Her 25+ years of experience in corporate, nonprofit, entrepreneurial, and volunteer settings provide unique insights for Joy to harness greater leadership talent within any setting. Joy focuses on three key areas to help leaders improve personal and organizational performance: Communication Collaboration Accountability Joy utilizes assessments as an authorized Everything DiSC partner to establish a baseline for the organization and create a common language around personal working styles for leaders and the teams they support. Operating from this foundation allows Joy and her clients to address organizational pain points. The results are increased productivity, greater team cohesion, and enhanced leadership skills that transcend current needs. Joy holds two master's degrees from the University of Denver in Telecommunications and Nonprofit Leadership, along with an undergrad degree in Business Administration from Governor's State University. She and her husband own several businesses in the Denver area. Joy has held additional leadership positions within many organizations such as AT&T, TeleTech, the Crohn's & Colitis Foundation, and various health and fitness organizations.
