Susan works with employers to determine which assessments will best meet the needs of their organization. Employers and independent trainers can have an account established under their name, with full access to all assessments, report generation, etc. Susan is a business owner, executive coach, workplace mediator, and trainer. In addition to serving as President of Swan Consulting Group, she is adjunct faculty at Johns Hopkins University. In 2018 Susan was one of 50 winners of the CEO Report's Mid-Atlantic Women's Leadership Award. In 2017 she was inducted into the Top 100 Women in Maryland (Daily Record). Prior to launching Swan Consulting, Susan worked for large employers in healthcare, as a Clinician who moved to Manager, Director, Vice President, and COO. Susan is a Certified Physician Leadership Coach through the Physician Coaching Institute and a credentialed executive coach through the International Coach Federation. Certifications in mediation were awarded from The Maryland Institute for Continuing Professional Education of Lawyers and The Baltimore School for Mediation.
