Learn to build more effective relationships and improve the quality of all interactions in your workplace. Participants will learn to understand their own DiSC style and how to increase their levels of personal productivity and contentment in the process. We will explore characteristics that drive people at work as we examine the natural behavior styles of our coworkers. We will learn how to flex our personal styles to ensure we can connect effectively - and protect the connections we make. Each participant will receive a personalized profile which includes an in-depth, personalized style index and an overview of all styles.

When you think of conflict, what comes to mind? Arguing, compromise, gossip, and hurt feelings? Conflict comes down to a difference of opinions involving strong emotions. Conflict is an inevitable part of workplace relationships, and it can also be productive. Your responses to conflict situations are in your own control. You cannot control how others respond to conflict. Learning about other people’s DiSC styles can help you understand their conflict behaviors and how they may differ from your own. You can have productive conflict by using DiSC to more effectively engage with others. You will focus on what is important to you during conflict, what is stressful, what is destructive and why you have those responses, and how to change your automatic responses and choose productive responses.

Have you ever wondered why connecting with some people is easier for you than with others? You will receive a wealth of information about your management priorities and preferences. You’ll learn how to connect better with people whose priorities and preferences differ from yours. You can improve the quality of your management experience by using DiSC to build more effective relationships and develop employees. Learn your strengths and challenges for directing and delegating. Employees must motivate themselves, however learn to create an environment where it is easy for people to find their motivation.

Using the framework of Vision, Alignment, and Execution, the Work of Leaders Profile encourages leaders to understand their own leadership behaviors and how those behaviors impact their effectiveness. With strong narrative and visuals to illustrate key messages, the personalized leadership-specific report includes 18 behavioral continua, context-specific feedback, and strategies for improving leadership effectiveness. The focus is on tangible steps directed at leading a group or organization toward desired outcomes.

Utilize this Disc-based 363 assessment to allow the leader and their staff to rate the leader on eight different leadership approaches and the three practices that make up each approach. It uses both self-reported data and observer-reported data to craft a 363-degree picture of the leader. This assessment tool keeps the feedback focused, balanced, constructive and useful. It allows the leader to receive feedback without a negative approach. It is easy to understand and provides strategies for development to improve their leadership effectiveness.
