She started her career in her family business, Applied Membranes, where she had the opportunity to work in every function. She spent several years in consulting at PwC, Deloitte and Slalom, leading digital innovation and change management initiatives across multiple industries. Manisha also spent 5 years at Taco Bell Corp. in their first incubator team, where she was responsible for reimagining the customer experience and scaling the digital footprint across 7,000+ restaurants. Manisha is passionate about building future-forward workplaces and empowering leadership potential. She holds an MBA and B.S. in Chemistry from University of California, Irvine, and is a certified EQ-i 2.0, Everything DiSC, Energy Leadership, and Design Thinking facilitator.
