Jen Fox is a skilled facilitator and catalyst for "aha" moments for professionals from entry-level to C-Suite. Workshops can be customized from 90-minute, in-tact team meetings to half or full-day all-company events. Participants will spend time understanding their DiSC preferences, the preferences of others and how to bridge the two. Experiential activities provide an opportunity for deeper insights and immediate application, ensuring that the workshop isn't just a fun event. That said, everyone WILL have fun. Many clients build DiSC into a full or multi-day agenda. At end of a long day, participants shift their focus from strategy and planning to self-reflection and teamwork. The resulting space is connected and authentic.

Our most frequently requested engagement combines Everything DiSC Workplace for individuals and Everything DiSC Management for people managers. Both audiences learn together and create a common language that bridges all levels of the org chart.
