We have developed an interactive program to provide insight into everyday communication with co-workers in a fun way. The EverythingDiSC assessment is appropriate for individuals at any organizational level who want to discover more about themselves and their communication preferences. The program helps participants understand how to “flex” their own personal style to improve communication.

1. Take The Assessment
Easy to use and administer. Just answer from a series of questions as honestly as possible. The results give a detailed report mapping your style in a quadrant-based graph.
2. Learn Your Style of Play
From the assessments, we build a customized program that fit your team’s needs. Each event will be fun and interactive, that will educate participants and help them develop their styles. The assessments are integrated along with the games that are designed for apprehension and fun. Learning and applying the styles during gameplay allows for retention.
3. Transform Your Team
After the activities, we help process what was discovered to be applied back to real situations in the workplace. Each team member will be able to identify each other’s style and address them in their communication style. Walk away with an action plan to implement at work.
