In her 25 years working in learning and development, Hannah has used DiSC and the 5 Behavior programs to help companies develop leaders and their teams to increase engagement, create better working relationships and drive organizational growth. She brings these programs to life through her expert in-person, virtual and blended courses (online and facilitated) that emphasize hands-on application alongside learning the concepts and model. In addition to her work with leaders and teams, Hannah supports learning and development professionals at all stages of their careers-from instructional designers and trainers to managers to senior leaders. These are the programs she offers: For Learning Leaders and Executives - Make it Matter: Strategic Learning, in which leaders define the value of the training function, identify how learning supports the organization's strategy and map the path to implement recommendations. For Learning Managers-The Business of Training, which equips leaders with foundational adult learning knowledge, insights to lead their teams, and skills to manage learning projects. For Learning Designers-Design for a Digital Age provides a hands-on process that reduces design time, increases engagement, and inserts creativity into design and facilitation. As a firm believer in life-long learning, Hannah obtained her Bachelor of Applied Science from the University of Guelph and a Masters of (Adult) Education from O.I.S.E./University of Toronto. In 2005 Hannah obtained her Life Insurance license (Levels 1 & 2) through FSCO. In 2012 Hannah obtained her CTDP from the Institute for Performance and Learning (I4PL). Hannah is a Certified Coach through Integral Coaching Canada, which is recognized by the International Coach Federation (ICF).
