Chris delivers training , facilitation, and coaching on multiple Everything DiSC® solutions, based on her real-world experience as a business leader, and then as an HR Professional. She started in business as a minimum wage employee at Taco Bell, and ended up running a multi million dollar restaurant franchise with 30 locations in multiple states. Her career spanned being a General Manager, a Training Director, a Multi-Unit Manager, and a VP of Operations. After retiring from the restaurant business, she pursued various HR credentials, and started Belmont Consulting
Her most popular speaking and facilitation subjects are Diversity & Inclusion in Business, and Leadership Development. Chris knows how to make the subject matter relatable, impactful, and actionable to people on the front lines of business. Her credibility and authenticity are based on her 30+ years of firsthand experience.
Chris meets participants where they are, rather than forcing them to attend a boring lecture that does little to impact behaviors, communication, and workplace attitudes. Chris works with every group to ensure that there is a real impact on the culture and productivity of an organization. She leaves each team with a customized road-map that will help them achieve their desired results.
Chris is always available for a brief consultation, or follow up for clients, so they can continue to apply the learning and insights, as their understanding of themselves and one another continues to evolve. Everything DiSC Workplace Certification is your best resource to gain foundational knowledge and tools for facilitating Everything DiSC. Designed with your busy schedule in mind, this online course gives you the flexibility of self-paced learning, paired with live-collaborative sessions led by Wiley’s expert trainers.

Increase your confidence and competence in delivering Everything DiSC Workplace in your organization. This course offers rigorous new content on the principles of the DiSC® model and the supporting research. During the live sessions, you will practice facilitating small groups and explore challenging scenarios that could arise during workshops. You’ll also learn how to keep Everything DiSC alive within your organization by creating a culture of DiSC and explore MyEverythingDiSC, the mobile-friendly, interactive learning portal that is exclusive to Everything DiSC.

This program Includes:

  • Four modules of self-directed and live collaborative learning (each requiring three to five hours of time per week), conducted over a four week period
