Hi there! My name is Anya. I'm a Certified Professional Coach and owner of Azora Leadership. Throughout my life, I've had a knack for helping others identify their purpose and figure out how to create actionable goals to realize their potential. After two decades of progressive leadership in management and healthcare operations, I realized my purpose in life was to utilize my natural talents and harness my expertise to help others. In 2017, I founded Azora Leadership to support individual success and team development. I have the joy of partnering with businesses, teams, individuals, couples, and families, to enhance communication, to create a realistic vision and set actionable goals; and I provide continued encouragement along the way. For businesses and teams, I utilize Everything DiSC tools and assessments to create individual professional development coaching and team building workshops. For couples and families, I support each person individually and promote a team approach to goal setting-I call it Coaching the Home Team. As well as being a Certified Professional Coach, I'm also a Certified Disaster Recovery Coach. I'm an authorized partner of Everything DiSC and of 5 Behaviors of a Cohesive Team. I have a Master of Arts in Leadership and Organizational Studies from Azusa Pacific University, and I'm Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certified.
