Tx4 Consulting began as a small vision to allow myself to professionally do what I love AND have more time with my growing family; I am a mother of four amazing children and wife to an incredibly supportive husband. A decade later, this small vision has become a not so small wonderful reality and Tx4 has been delivering multi-faceted solutions to small to mid-sized organizations ever since! I partner with clients that are looking to continuously drive and improve performance with a key focus on Leadership Development, Team Development, Communication and Selection Tools and Processes. I have had the pleasure of working within this field for over 20 years gaining extensive HR experience including training and development, performance management, project management, succession planning, organizational development and selection. I have designed, developed and facilitated training ranging from new hire core curriculum to leadership development programs. I truly love what I do! My priority is connecting with clients to become a strategic business partner within all levels of their organizations; industries have included manufacturing, automotive, building materials, food and financial services. I strive to have a flexible communication style and approach which allows me to work effectively with broad target audiences from the plant floor to the executive leadership team. My true passion comes to life as I have the pleasure of delivering and facilitating a broad range of programs for my clients.
