Danyelle has over 20-years' experience driving and executing initiatives to promote change across multiple business groups spanning over 80+ countries. Career Highlights: Developed a model to accelerate change management and change leadership, created a program to increase change capability across 2200+ personnel. Leading change for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion efforts at Assurant, which includes starting an Employee Resource Groups. Creating strategies to prepare and sustain new ways of working amid the COVID-19 pandemic that includes guiding workspace renovations impacting over 14k employees. Energy Leadership Coach focused on helping clients understand the impacts of energy. Specifically, how to capitalize on the flow of mental and physical energy to create and maintain motivation to reach their goals. As a lifelong learner, Danyelle is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Organizational Leadership. She holds a range of certifications, like Everything Workplace DiSC, Prosci Change Management, and professional coaching. Danyelle is currently pursuing entrepreneurial endeavors as a transition coach; helping leaders better manage personal and professional change. Danyelle has traveled the world. During her world travels, she participated in four safaris in South Africa; jammed with a jazz band at the House of Blues in Shanghai on trips to Asia; took tango lessons in Argentina; and visited 1 of the 7 Wonders of the World. She enjoys spending time with her daughter, 26 artist, and entrepreneur, and her son, 23, entrepreneur and Youth Director at the YMCA.
