Ed., CSM, is the founder and owner of Fenton Augustine, LLC. She is passionate about helping others. She seeks to learn and expose herself to as much as she can in order to connect people with the education, support, and resources that give others a sense of belonging and acceptance, help them achieve their goals and reach their potential, and overcome life challenges and setbacks -- whether in individual or team and organizational settings. Cheri has spent the past two decades in consulting and leadership roles supporting and enabling people initiatives. Her contributions have helped organizations, teams, and individuals across industries with performance improvement and management; organizational and professional development; talent identification, development, and management; team effectiveness; communication; process improvement; engagement, retention, and culture; leadership development, effectiveness, and related strategies; and sales enablement. Cheri's clients have operated in the government, corporate (including Fortune 500), technology, healthcare, non-profit, and other spaces. Cheri graduated from Iowa State University with a bachelor degree in business. While working for Iowa State University, she earned a distinction award for her work with the College of Engineering. She earned her master degree in education from Purdue University in the Learning Design and Technology program. Cheri has also completed coursework offered by the American Management Association (AMA), Association for Talent Development (ATD), and Disney Institute. Cheri is an Everything DiSC Authorized Partner and Certified Facilitator. She is certified in Korn Ferry's Leadership Potential Assessment, part of the organization's talent management suite of solutions. Cheri is also a Certified Performance Thinking Practitioner with the Performance Thinking Network as well as a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) affiliated with the Scrum Alliance -- able to direct her work through agile practices for modern needs. Cheri grew up in the Midwest and currently resides in Pennsylvania with her partner, Grant, and three dogs.
