He has led multiple high-impact cross-functional teams responsible for supporting organizational performance improvement initiatives, operations, leadership development, workforce training, and start-ups throughout his career. His areas of expertise include performance improvement, individual and organizational assessments, gap analysis, strategic planning, leadership development, training, and change management initiatives. Dr. Sinclair earned a doctorate in organizational change and leadership from the University of Southern California, an M.B.A. in financial management, and an M.A. in leadership and organizational studies.
