Corinne has been training leaders, coaching teams and coaching individuals to great success for over 14 years. After an initial challenging first coaching season as the head coach of a dance team in Washington State, she realized that leading wasn't about the x's and o's, but about creating cohesive teams, motivating effectively, and ultimately finding the fun in working hard. This was in great part because of Proactive Coaching's leadership and mentorship. She became driven with leading great teams and finding the best motivational strategies. With a Masters in Education in Guidance Counseling and an International Coaching Federation Certification, she brings a compassionate, wholistic approach to leaders and managers within organizations. Corinne does 1:1 coaching, leadership training, and executive team alignment.
