    HR Collaborative's Talent Development Consultant will lead your team through a 4-hour session (either remote or in-person) whereby the participants will be challenged to take and internalize accountability and ownership toward building trust and courage within the team. As your team builds a common language and process to help surface and explore issues, your team will gain traction and business results.

    How would we partner?
    HR Collaborative's Talent Development Consultant will initiate the DiSC Catalyst assessment for the participants in the session.
    • Each individual will receive a custom report for review.
    • A virtual or in person two-hour team building workshop will be facilitated by our consultant.
