Kristin Carlson is a CEPA and Certified Business and Executive Coach where she works with Business Leaders to develop and implement business solutions that enable them to empower their team, focus their time, exceed their goals and live their dreams. In her years as a Certified FocalPoint Business and Executive Coach, Kristin guided a Senior Executive at a large corporation to prepare for the CEO role; lead a Business Owner to empower her team through delegation, which helped the Business Owner reduce her 7-day work week, work strategically on her business and plan for an exit that includes her ability to continue to run the company; she also helped new business owners move from tactical to strategic thinking as they launch their business. Prior to joining FocalPoint, Kristin was a Senior Technical Leader at Wells Fargo, a financial services firm. At Wells Fargo, she was an integral part of one of the company's largest mergers and acquisitions where she merged teams from four companies and drove the transformation to become one cohesive team by building trust, empowering her leaders, and creating new processes and a new operating model. She also was part of the Management Board at Kohls where she drove the initial Disaster Recovery strategy, led the Technical Engineering, Access Management and Product Development Teams. Kristin is a graduate of St. Cloud State University in Minnesota, and loves grandparenthood and to play golf, soccer, volleyball, and pickleball.
