Management Resource Services, Inc. is a leadership development training and management consulting company providing customized client solutions since 2001. Our goal is to always implement research-based and client-focused solutions that address our customers' specific needs.

We are experts in the Everything DiSC products, partnering with Wiley and Sons, Inc., since the inception of the Everything DiSC product line. We can provide individual DiSC products supporting your internal trainers or customize a program from design through classroom delivery.

We deliver services and products across the United States for corporate, federal, state and school district clients. Our firm is headquartered in Naperville, Illinois, a suburb of Chicago.

    An effective leader exhibits strong character and integrity, promotes teamwork, displays thoughtful demeanor and understands how to operate from his or her strengths. Understanding yourself better is the first step to becoming a more effective leader.

    We will facilitate a DoD competency-based leadership development training program to increase civilian employees’ abilities to exhibit effective leadership and critical skills needed to lead in their respective roles in the organization and as they transition to higher levels.

    Partnering with your stakeholders, we will work with your Senior Leadership Team or a Functional In-tact Team to complete The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team™ Team Development Initiative. It can be started at a Team Retreat and completed over a period of time established by your stakeholders.

    The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team™ has a simple goal: To help people discover how to build a truly cohesive and effective team. Based on Patrick Lencioni’s internationally best-selling leadership fable, The Five Dysfunctions of a Team. This assessment-based program focuses on putting The Five Behaviors™ Model into practice. Each member will complete a team assessment baselining how well the team is working across 5 team behaviors.

    Additionally, the program incorporates the Everything DiSC® behavioral model which helps participants better understand how individual personalities contribute to team development. These tools help teams achieve greater effectiveness and productivity.

  • Stepping Up to Supervision: Pre-Supervisory Development Training

    This course provides a dialogue about the reality of what is required when you become the boss. The format is designed for aspiring supervisors to explore the myth versus reality of stepping into the manager’s role along with exploring core practices and skills needed to be successful. The session will help to ground participants in realistic expectations of the job. Participants will be encouraged to identify supervisory skill gaps and to create a list of developmental opportunities to start an Action Plan. Everything DiSC Workplace Certification is your best resource to gain foundational knowledge and tools for facilitating Everything DiSC. Designed with your busy schedule in mind, this online course gives you the flexibility of self-paced learning, paired with live-collaborative sessions led by Wiley’s expert trainers.

Increase your confidence and competence in delivering Everything DiSC Workplace in your organization. This course offers rigorous new content on the principles of the DiSC® model and the supporting research. During the live sessions, you will practice facilitating small groups and explore challenging scenarios that could arise during workshops. You’ll also learn how to keep Everything DiSC alive within your organization by creating a culture of DiSC and explore MyEverythingDiSC, the mobile-friendly, interactive learning portal that is exclusive to Everything DiSC.

This program Includes:

  • Four modules of self-directed and live collaborative learning (each requiring three to five hours of time per week), conducted over a four week period
