For years, I have been fascinated by brands; the power they have on our behaviors (purchasing and emotional connection), as well as the power that employees hold in their day-to-day work to build brand awareness, and brand equity. I have been fortunate to work for several iconic brands, as well as being part of building a successful brand from the ground up. Throughout my career, I have learned a great deal about how to engage employees with brands, and the power (and successful outcomes) of building teams of brand ambassadors. Helping people, being of service to others is a central part of my DNA. I have always been drawn to work that involves helping others through teaching, mentoring, servant leadership, health and well-being, as well as designing employee-focused organizations.
