Kay H. Mortimer Kay Mortimer has over 30 years of experience in marketing, human resources, and management. A former assistant dean and instructor at the Else School of Management at Millsaps College, Kay is president of Mortimer & Associates, a human resource consulting firm serving a diverse array of clients across the South. Her areas of expertise include organizational and leadership development, communication, team building, conflict resolution, customer service, management coaching and strategic planning. A published author and authorized Everything DiSC partner, Kay brings a lively, participant-driven approach to her seminars and classes. She has served on numerous civic, professional and church boards and enjoys travel, fitness, music, reading and snow skiing. Kay considers life a journey, not a destination. In 2021-22, she and her husband cruised America’s Great Loop, a 6,000-mile nautical journey around the eastern third of the USA and Canada aboard their 45-foot trawler, Adagio.
