The Worksmart Learning Experience

Available in two formats to fit any team’s needs:

Self‑Guided: five ~20‑minute, on‑demand modules for any level

Trainer‑Led: five one‑hour, facilitated sessions for deeper team practice

Both experiences cover the same five topics and include personalized DiSC®-based action plans.

1. Introduction to the Model

Introduce and connect the DiSC model to the module topic.

2. You in the Model

Personalized insights on each person’s strengths based on the DiSC model.

3. Apply the Model

Learners gain actionable insights on how to solve challenging interpersonal problems using the DiSC model for improved performance.

4. Colleague Action Planning

Learners can create action plans that they can apply to actual situations on their teams, for in-the-moment support as they navigate common workplace challenges. Action plans can be revisited any time to apply the DiSC model to people and situations as they arise.
