I’ve spent the past thirty years navigating corporate America and learning how to communicate and negotiate up, down, and across an organization. Along the way, I faced challenges—fear of speaking up, balancing competing priorities, and learning how to adapt to different leadership styles. With the guidance of mentors and sponsors, I eventually broke through barriers and earned a seat at the leadership table.

It took me more than twenty-five years to reach the boardroom. My goal now is to help others shorten that journey—giving leaders and teams the tools to communicate more effectively, build trust, and accelerate results.

By helping people understand their natural communication and behavioral style, DiSC makes it easier to recognize strengths, uncover blind spots, and flex to meet the needs of others.
