I have worked in and studied customer service and communication for 13 years. I have learned along the way that what comes naturally to some, does not come naturally to all. However, we are not without hope! I have found ways to teach even the most difficult to train staff members how to better understand themselves and others, leading to better customer service and greater community among teams! My niche and specialty is training business owners and their staff on the complete communication experience: from what to say, to how you say it. We do this by not only teaching verbal skills and effective communication techniques, but also including the body language, inflection, pace, and tone that should accompany them. I do all of this using proven techniques, and most importantly, getting every team member situated with the appropriate DiSC Product. I will improve the context of what you say and how you say it, so that you can improve both your communication with your team and with your clients.
