Boasting a background in human resources and executive leadership, Patricia brings a comprehensive blend of skills and experience to the coaching and consulting arena. Throughout her career, Patricia has cultivated relationships with business owners, C-level executives, leaders, managers, and human resource professionals. She serves as a Strategic Business partner for PXT Select®, Everything DiSC®, and The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team®. Patricia is the author and facilitator of the DNA Leadership Professional Program™ and holds licenses as a Facilitator and Trainer. Notably, she has guided 13 consecutive clients to win the "Best Place to Work" award annually since its inception in Minnesota in 2009.
