Dr. Rhodes established Strategic Endeavor to continue his mission to deliver excellence and total customer satisfaction in Government, industry, and academia. Adding a Wiley Partnership to client offerings allows Dr, Rhodes to leverage his decades of experience leading and managing complex organizations as a military officer, Executive leadership in academia, teaching leadership and management to university students, and as a private businessman. Founded in 2013, Strategic Endeavor LLC is an emerging 8(A) and Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) that specializes in providing management consulting, technology solutions, and administrative services to the Government and industry.
