To unlock your DiSC® experience, please follow the steps based on the product(s) you’ve purchased:

Everything DiSC® on Catalyst™ Assessment

This assessment helps people to understand themselves and others while learning to appreciate the different behavioral preferences and tendencies each person brings to the workplace.

  1. Check your inbox for your Everything DiSC assessment link.
  2. Click the “Create Your Account” link to register as a new user.
  3. Enter and confirm your email address, and then  click “Continue”.
  4. Fill out the form with your data, and then  click “Let’s Go!”
  5. Click “Take the Assessment”  on the home page.
  6. Click “Yes, Let’s Do It!” to answer the optional demographic information, or “No, I’ll Skip It” to go straight to the assessment.
  7. Click “Let’s Go!”  to begin the assessment.
  8. Answer the questions by selecting an option from the  Likert scale.
  9. Click “Continue”  to save your responses and proceed to the  next set of questions.
  10. Click “Complete Assessment” after answering all the questions.

Catalyst™ Administrator Experience

Streamline and simplify assessment delivery, profile management, department and group setup, and learner insights—all on Catalyst™.

Reminder: Complete your Everything DiSC on Catalyst assessment before activating the Catalyst Administrator Experience.

Complete EPIC user setup:

An EPIC account is needed to get started. Once set up, you'll sync this to your Catalyst Account for the Administrative Experience.

  1. Access admin.wiley-epic.com.
  2. Select "New User? Click Here to Start.” 
  3. Enter your username found in the confirmation email sent from EPIC.
  4. Click “Request Password Link” to receive an email with a password link.
  5. Click the link in the EPIC Password Request email.
  6. Enter and confirm your password, and then click “Set Password”.

Synchronize EPIC and Catalyst users:

  1. Log in to EPIC at admin.wiley-epic.com.  
  2. Click Personal Options and select “My Personal Settings.” 
  3. Select “Synchronize My EPIC and Catalyst Users” from the dropdown.
  4. Enter your Catalyst email address and password*.
    *Your EPIC username and password may automatically appear in the Catalyst email and Catalyst password fields if your browser settings are enabled to “view and autofill passwords and passkeys.” So, verify the correct login credentials before continuing. 
  5. Click “Sync Users.”
    Note: You can synchronize all your EPIC users with the same Catalyst user.

Access the Catalyst Administrator Experience:

  1. Access catalyst.everythingdisc.com.
  2. Enter your email address and click “Continue.”
  3. Enter your password and click “Sign In.”
  4. Click “Admin View” at the top of the page.

Catalyst™ Practitioner Experience

Train with confidence, lead with impact. This easy-to-use solution equips you with everything you need to deliver engaging DiSC® training sessions that help people work better together.

Reminder: Complete your Everything DiSC on Catalyst™ assessment before activating the Catalyst Practitioner Experience.

  1. Check your email for your Catalyst Practitioner Experience confirmation and serial number.
  2. Access catalyst.everythingdisc.com and log in to your account.
  3. Click “Account Settings” from the sidebar navigation.
  4. Click the “Practitioner Experience” tab and enter the serial number* found in the confirmation email.
    *The serial number can only be used once.
  5. Click “Redeem.”
  6. Click “Practitioner Resources” from the left navigation bar to access facilitation content and resources on the page.
  7. After entering your serial number, check your email within 24-48 hours for login instructions to access the Foundations course and the Practitioner Community on the Wiley Online Training Center.

Everything DiSC® Certification

The Everything DiSC Certification course is an online two-week, blended learning experience designed for in-house practitioners who want to implement and scale Everything DiSC within their organization.

If you purchased an Administrative Account through your Certification package, set up access by following the steps outlined under the Catalyst Administrator Experience tab.

  1. Check your inbox for a registration confirmation email from the Wiley Education Team ([email protected]) with the course schedule for four live session dates.
  2. Access the Wiley Online Training Center*:
    *The Wiley Online Training Center includes valuable content about Everything DiSC on Catalyst, Pre-Certification learning, and more.
    • Expect an email from the Wiley Education team with instructions on how to create your Wiley Online Training Center account.
    • As your certification course date gets closer, expect additional reminders from the Wiley Education Team leading into your sessions.
  3. Activate the Catalyst Practitioner Experience* and access your facilitation materials.
    *Click on the top navigation tab with the same name to access instructions for getting started with the Catalyst Practitioner Experience.
  4. Enjoy your Certification course:
    • Attend the four live sessions and follow instructions from the Wiley Education Team to prepare for workshop activities and the final Workshop Project Presentation. Expect a total commitment of 20 hours (10 hours/week).
    • Connect with like-minded individuals and share your stories as you learn how to deliver engaging DiSC learning experiences.
    • Earn your Everything DiSC Certified Practitioner credential by completing the exam.
    • Access to the course begins on the open date, two business days before the first live session.

  5. Share your Credential:
    Congratulations on becoming an Everything DiSC Certified Practitioner! Look out for an email from the Wiley Education Team ([email protected]) containing instructions to:

    • Download your Everything DiSC Certificate from the Online Training Center.
    • Share your Certified Practitioner Badge online.
    • If you are a member of ATD, HRCI, ICF, or SHRM, be sure to claim professional development credits towards your recertification.
  6. Put your knowledge into action and deliver engaging DiSC® experiences!
    • Embrace the unparalleled flexibility of Everything DiSC, enabling effortless customization to meet the unique needs of your organization’s culture.
    • Make sure you talk to your Authorized Partner to craft a tailored plan for integrating Everything DiSC within your organization.
